I haven’t received an order confirmation, what should I do?
  • First, check your spam or junk folder – sometimes our emails end up hiding there
  • If your payment went through but no confirmation arrived, email us at support@znooze.co with your name, shipping address, and order number (if you have it). We’ll look into it and get back to you as quickly as possible
How long does shipping take?
  • Standard UK delivery usually takes 2–3 working days
  • If you’re in a hurry, choose Express Delivery at checkout – you’ll see all options before completing your order
What can I do if my order is delayed or hasn't been shipped yet?
  • We’re so sorry for the delay – rest assured, your order is being processed
  • Tracking details will be emailed to you as soon as your order ships. If it’s been more than 3 working days and you haven’t received tracking, feel free to email us at support@znooze.co and we’ll happily check on it for you
What should I do if my tracking hasn’t updated?

  • If it hasn’t updated after that time, drop us an email at support@znooze.co and we’ll investigate with the courier
What should I do if my order says delivered but I didn’t receive it?
  • First, check your tracking link and visit your local post office
  • Then, ask your neighbours and check around your property for safe place deliveries
  • If it still can’t be found, email us at support@znooze.co with your order number, and we’ll help resolve it
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
  • Once an order is placed, we’re unable to change the shipping address
  • However, once your tracking link is live, you might be able to redirect your parcel directly through the courier
Where do you ship from?
  • All orders ship from our fulfilment centre in the UK – straight to your doorstep
