If you’ve changed your mind, no problem — you can return unopened, unused products within 14 days of purchase.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be in their original, sealed packaging.
- Return postage is at your own cost unless your order arrived damaged or we made an error.
- To start a return, just email us at support@znooze.co with your order details.
- Once your return is approved, we’ll send you simple instructions on how to send your item back.
Once we receive your returned item, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

We stand behind our products — and your experience matters to us. If you’ve tried your first order and didn’t feel the benefits, you’re covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee, no questions asked.
Here’s how it works:
- Email us at support@znooze.co within 30 days of receiving your first order.
- No need to return the opened product — we’ll take care of it.
- The guarantee applies to first-time purchases only and is limited to one pouch per household.
- Requests that fall outside these terms may not be eligible.

Damages and issues

Refund processing times
Once your return or refund request is approved:
- Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days.
- It may take additional time for your bank or card issuer to reflect the funds.
