B. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you’ve tried the product and didn’t feel the benefits, we offer a no-questions-asked money-back guarantee within 30 days of your first order.

  • Just email us at support@znooze.co with your order number.
  • No need to return the used product — we’ll take care of it from there.
  • This guarantee applies to first-time purchases only, and one pouch per household.
  • Requests falling outside these terms may not be eligible.

 

5. Subscription Terms

We offer a flexible monthly subscription service.

  • You will be billed every 30 days, on the anniversary of your original purchase.
  • Your subscription will renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the next billing date.
  • You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time via your Znooze account or by emailing support@znooze.co.
